We had the honor of hosting the presentation of a digital art history platform, The Short Century: Filling the Gaps of East African Modernism by Muhunyo Maina and Professor George Kyeyune.

The EAMAN online educational platform allows viewers and readers to engage with 20th-century East African art holistically. Focussing on Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania, this platform contains new research articles by tenured art historians and experts in the field – a timely intervention which brings forth new Afrocentric insights.
