The Moving Identities Film Tour

Goethe-Zentrum Kampala/Ugandan German Cultural Society and Alliance Française Kampala, funded by the German Franco Cultural Fund are organizing the Moving Identities Film Tour (MIFT) as part of pre-Ngalabi celebrations in June 2024. This initiative is aimed to bring short films closer to other regions of Uganda away from Kampala with a specific focus on Mbarara (1st June), Mbale (8th June), Arua (15th June), and Fort Portal (29th June).

The film tour will offer film enthusiasts in these communities the chance to enjoy some of the best Ugandan short films from the last seven years of the Ngalabi Short Film Festival. In addition to screenings, the tour will include introductory and intermediate film training workshops led by experienced Ugandan filmmakers.
